Job Details
- Identify areas of improvement in the management of facilities to create rapid growth in rental revenue.
- Provide seamless efficient maintenance services for the enjoyment of the facility.
- Manage effectively all tenant complaints and adopt immediate
appropriate corrective measures to resolve the fault or complaints
satisfactorily.
- Provide prompt response to all emergency faults occurring in the facility.
Daily Supervision of the Facility Officer to achieve a very
high standard of service delivery to the occupants of the Facility in
the following areas:
- 24 hour security / CCTV surveillance.
- Cleaning of grounds and common areas in the Facility.
- Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation;
- Ensuring that all light fittings in the exterior and internal common areas are in good working condition.
- Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and
improvement of commercial, industrial, or residential properties.
- Ensuring that all standing air conditioners in the general areas are operational during working hours.
- Ensuring prompt purchase of diesel as and when required.
- Ensuring that the generators are in good working condition and are operational as and when required during work hours.
- Ensure prompt payment of statutory bills to relevant authorities (PHCN, Local Government Taxes and Levies).
- Ensure prompt procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
