Job Description
- Provide Second Level Support to internal and external clients
- Facilitate installation, configuration and implementation of developed solutions.
- Manage client support requests
- Provide technical training to clients responsible for managing eTranzact solutions/systems.
- Log and see through all logged issues on the service desk.
Work Experience Requirement
- Troubleshooting Techniques
- Software Application Support
- Minimum of 2 years experience
Educational Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science (2.1)
- CCNA, CCNP
